We do our best to answer any common questions here but if your question is not covered here then fell free to contact us and maybe we'll add your question here to help others who are interested.
If you are a gunsmith, email us and let us know after creating an account on our site and we'll activate a special gunsmith discount!
Q: Do you have a storefront I can come to?
No, we do not. We're a small machine shop that builds custom firearms and parts. It helps keep our costs lower to not have a store front to maintain along with employees and other things.
If you would like to see our operation, meet us to discuss a custom build in person or pick up an order locally, we can do that. Just reach out to us and schedule an appointment and we'll work you into our schedule.
Q: Do your parts fit all 2011's from all manufacturers?
In short, no. We can't guarantee fit for all 2011's. Not all guns are made to the exact same specs so measurents can be a bit different between each make, model or manufacturer. We do however try to make them in a way that will fit most.
If you have a specific model you're looking to upgrade, reach out to us and we'll see if our parts might fit.
We recommend taking parts to a certified gunsmith to have them installed.
Q: If it fits on a 2011 will it fit my 1911?
Depends on the part. Grips and magwells, no. 2011's are a larger frame size. Triggers, should however fit 1911's.
Q: I got my grips but they don't fit right?
Most custom grips require a small amount of fitting for a gun. We suggest you take them to a certified gunsmith to have them installed if you're not familiar with the process. We make them to tight tolerances so there will be room to remove a small amount of material for fitting.
If you selected the option for custom measurements when ordering, than we made it to the measurements you sent us. Please, double check you're measurements.
If you selected standard measurements, then they're made to the standard set by the larger manufacturers out there sugn as Staccato, Springfield, etc. They tend to be pretty consistant.
Contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
